Capabilities

ECM has 3 CNC lathes with a 6.5″ chuck with a 14″ Dia and 16″ length chucking capabilities with tailstock options.

We also offer a CNC gantry load lathe with a 6″ chuck, 10 work stations, and a 12 station turret offering live tooling in each station with tailstock options.

A Drill and Tap machine with full milling capabilities.  This 3 axis machine with a spindle of 10,000 rpm, that allows high-speed rigid tapping. Also includes a pallet changer and a 20+1 tool station to do multiple parts or operations in 1 setup.

ECM also offers a sorting department with lighted magnification for visual sorting as well as a variety of gauging, packing and  assembly capabilities.
